  • Do them preferably in the morning or evening if morning is not possible.
  • Keep a water bottle handy along with a yoga mat, pen and book to note important points.
  • Do these exercises on an empty stomach (meaning 2 - 3 hours after any heavy meal) or on tea with light snacks like biscuits and fruit.
  • Watch one video per day or alternate days
